The Austrian architect, author and caricaturist (pseudonym “Ironimus”) has designed amongst others the Bundeskunsthalle in Bonn, the extension of the Städelmuseum in Frankfurt and the day-care center of the German Bundestag in Berlin. In this portrait Horst Stasny shows him hovering in a transport gondola above his hometown Vienna.
Condition: Very good condition.
The Austrian photographer Horst Stasny was born in Salzburg in 1941. He first took over from his mother the photo studio founded by his grandfather and became known as an advertising photographer with studios in Linz, Zurich and the USA. There he teaches as a guest lecturer at the Brooks Institute in Ventura and Am Arts Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Horst Stasny lives and works in Thalheim near Wels, Austria.
